1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this store and your purchase of licenses from True Media Design. By placing an order you accept these terms, our License Agreement, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
2. Account
You need an account to buy and to manage your licenses. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euro (EUR) and may include applicable taxes. We accept card, PayPal and bank transfer. A license is issued only after payment is confirmed; for bank transfer this is after we receive the funds.
4. License delivery
We sell a license key, not a file. After payment your key is issued and shown in your account and confirmation email. The Software and updates are delivered through our license server while your license is active.
5. Renewals
Annual licenses renew manually — we do not store your card. You can renew from your account before or after expiry; renewing keeps the same key.
6. Intellectual property and acceptable use
All products and content remain our intellectual property. You may not misuse the store, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in breach of the License Agreement.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The store and products are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited as set out in the License Agreement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union.
