What we collect
Account details (name, email), order and billing information, and communications you send us. When you activate a license, our license server records the activating site (for example its domain) to enforce your seat limit and deliver updates.
Why we process it and legal bases
To perform our contract with you (process orders, issue and validate licenses, deliver updates and support), to comply with legal obligations (accounting, tax), and for our legitimate interests (securing the service, preventing abuse). Where required, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
We use trusted processors only as needed: payment providers (for example Stripe and PayPal) to take payment, our hosting provider, and our own license server to issue and validate licenses. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account or license is active and thereafter only as required for legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. To exercise a right, contact us via the contact page.
