1. License grant
True Media Design (“we”, “us”) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the purchased plugin or widget (“the Software”) on the number of websites (“seats”) covered by your license, subject to these terms. Ownership of the Software remains with us; you receive a right to use it, not the Software itself.
2. License types
Annual — valid for one year from purchase, with updates and support during that period; renewed manually. Lifetime — a one-time purchase with updates and support for as long as we maintain the product. Trial — a free, time-limited evaluation. Bundle — a single license covering several products on the same platform.
3. Delivery, updates and activation
We sell a license key. The Software and its updates are delivered through our license server while your license is active. Activation validates your key against our license server, which records the activating site to enforce your seat limit. The store does not host the product files.
4. Permitted use and restrictions
You may use the Software on your own or your clients’ sites within your seat limit. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute or publish the license key or the Software, remove notices, or attempt to circumvent license validation. Reverse engineering is permitted only to the extent required by applicable law.
5. Renewal
Annual licenses do not renew automatically and we do not store your card. Before expiry we email you a renewal link. Renewing keeps your existing key and extends its validity. If a license lapses, the Software keeps working but stops receiving updates and support until renewed.
6. Term and termination
This license lasts for your license term. We may revoke a license on refund or a material breach of these terms. On revocation your key stops validating and updates cease.
7. Warranty disclaimer and liability
The Software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a license is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
