Digital products
We sell digital license keys. Because a key is issued and usable immediately after purchase, and because a free trial is available for most products, we ask you to evaluate the trial before buying where possible.
14-day refund
If a product does not work as described and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
When a refund is not available
We may decline a refund where the product works as described, where the issue is caused by third-party software or your environment, or where there is evidence of abuse of the trial or refund process.
Effect of a refund
When a refund is granted, the associated license key is revoked and can no longer be used to activate the Software or receive updates.
How to request a refund
Contact us via the contact page with your order number and a description of the problem. We aim to respond within a few business days.
